One thing One Piece fans have always wondered is, Can Brook Die Again? It’s a mystery because Brook has already outlived many in One Piece. He is alive because of his devil fruit only as stated in the story as of now. So Can Brook Die Again in the story? If he can die, then how or what possibly can kill him? Brook is one of the unique characters that we see in the One Piece Verse. He has the appearance of a skeleton or only bones and he wears a suit while holding a guitar in his hand. Yes…Brook is the musician of Strawhats Crew. Brook is also a character who is known to be immortal as he managed to come back to life from the previous death while all of his friends and crewmates passed away.
Brook joined the strawhats during the thriller bark arc. Luffy was the one asked Brook to join the crew. Since everyone was afraid of Brook at the beginning because of his soul soul devil fruit, they were against Luffy’s opinion on bringing in Brook as their Nakama. However, later they came to know the real story behind Brook’s skeleton appereance and eventually he became a part of Strawhat family.
Fun fact, Brook also his nickname as Soul King because of his devil fruit and musical ability. The music that Brook plays can influence the souls of other people around him. He is also a very skilled swordsmen. One of the most intersting facts about Brook is, he can run on water! Damn, how awesome for someone who is a devil fruit user to run on water lol
Before joining the strawhats, Brook was part of a pirate group called Rumble Pirates. The history of Rumble pirates goes way back long before even the Legendart Pirate King began his Journey to become a pirate and conquer the sea. Rumble Pirates got trapped in Florian Triangle, and unfortunately all of them besides Brook died eventually.
Brook was also dead but he had eaten a devil fruit called Yomi Yomi No Mi which allowed him to come back to life even after dying already. Because of the fruit, after Brook’s death, his soul came soul returned to his body again. However only his bones or skeletal body came back to life. There was no flesh, skin and face.
The Rumble Pirates were stuck on Florian Triangle ( A mysterious place in Sea…when once stuck here, it becomes hard to get out of this place ). There at Florian Triangle, they were attacked by enemies/pirates. These pirates were far more powerful than Rumble Pirates and had weapons coated with poison. Because of the poison and lack of treatment, the entire crew had to die. Brook came back to life to see this tragic situation his entire crew faced. Imagine what he went through.
He had to suffer loneliness and sadness for decades as he wasn’t able to get out of the Florian triangle either. Honestly, Brook has gone through immeasurable pain. Now coming back to our main question, Can Brook Die Again?

Although Brook is meant to be immortal right now, the effect of Yomi Yomi No Mi fruit applies only once to the soul of devil fruit user. So if Brook is killed or is somehow Dead again, then yes there is a chance that he can die again. So can Brook die again? Yes he can!
So if somehow Brook dies later in the story, either in a fight or with some other ways like extraction of Devil Fruit which Blackbeard knows, or with the help of some other devil fruits, then that time his soul won’t be able to return to his body.
