1. How Shall I order?

Super easy. Once you click on the product you would like to purchase, simply click on the “BUY NOW!” button. Finally, click CHECKOUT or PAYPAL. After that, just follow the simple instructions.


2. How secure are the payments?

OtakuFox.com uses SSL secured connection in association with Stripe, which is one of the advanced encrypted payment gateway. Hence all the transactions performed in DS is 100% secured. We guarantee it.


3. Are the "Free" or "$0" products really free?
If the products are labelled “Free” or have a "$0" price, then you pay nothing for the product. Just pay a shipping fee upon checkout.


4. Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries, we will contact you.


5. How long will it take to deliver my product?
For all giveaway products which are FREE or have $0 price, it will take 3-8 weeks for safe delivery. 

For all other sale or non-promotional products, our estimates are as follows:

United States 10-22 Business days
Australia, New Zealand 10-22 Business days
Russia 12-25 Business days
Canda, Europe 15-30 Business days
Rest of world  15-40 Business days

6. Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
